For the purpose of clarity the word ‘Goods’ is to describe actual physical items purchased.. The word ‘Services’ is used to describe classes, individual sessions and group sessions. .
Costs quoted for ‘goods’ are inclusive of post and packing where indicated. Any local customs duties and taxes charged on delivery are payable by the buyer. Costs for ‘services’ are fully inclusive for the service only but does not include costs by the purchaser related to any aspect of attending the course as in travel, accommodation, refreshments, meals etc. .
Privacy. Any personal information given to us will be used in the strictest confidence and not be sold, shared or rented to any third parties. .
We work by the code that all goods shall be of the best workmanship and quality in all respects. Should any items be received and deemed by the purchaser to be defective on receipt you should inform us by email at the earliest notice so the matter can be resolved amicably and swiftly. For services given the standard is always that the best possible service will be delivered in a way that’s for the full benefit of the one receiving the service. If you have any grievance with the service received then you should inform us by email at the earliest notice so the matter can be resolved amicably and swiftly. Reasonable notice is deemed to be within a week of receiving the services. .
Prices may change at any time and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the price shown on the website at the time of purchase. .
Payment for both goods and services must be paid in full before delivery unless other arrangements with us have been agreed. For the payment of classes the balance must be paid by or on the start of the first day of the course. If an agreement has been made for payments to be made by installments we reserve the right to add a small interest charge should the agreed payments not be made for a prolonged period of time without agreement. .
Deposits paid for classes are non-refundable. However the deposit can be transferred just once to a later class date. Once the class is started and you’ve paid the full amount no refunds can be given even if you decide not to complete the class. In the event of a class cancellation by Merlin Healing® teachers a full refund will be given. However we cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred in advance by those attending. In the event of a cancellation from our part we will endeavor to give at least one months notice of such action. .
